And, we should love ourselves - before we seek to attract love into our lives, we first need to start with self-love and building up our own self-esteem. As Christians, we should seek to love and follow the teachings of Jesus Christ, who is our ultimate caregiver.Īs we grow up, we feel love for our immediate family, loved ones, close friends, and even pets. Our first love is usually for our parents and caregivers when we are infants. We get to experience different kinds of love throughout our life’s journey.
This is certainly true, and not just for Christians. There’s a famous song telling us that “Love makes the world go round.”
